The 100-Day Challenge turns strategy into a company. Weekly execution sprints — virtual and in-person — drive founders through expanding customer discovery, building outreach at scale, and testing their value proposition against real buyers.

The goal by the end of the 100 days: early validation outcomes — a letter of intent, a signed pilot, a paying early adopter. Proof that the market is responding. Founders are scored throughout.

Top Performers
The top performers from Phases 1 and 2 qualify for a first pre-seed check. Selection is based on scores and demonstrated commercial traction — not pitch quality or founder pedigree.

This is the first institutional capital — deployed to move from validated market interest to early customers and revenue.

Pre-Seed Follow-on

Scaling Companies
Companies that deploy Phase 3 capital effectively and continue to demonstrate traction qualify for a follow-on pre-seed investment.

This is the scaling check — capital to build on early wins, grow the customer base, and build the proof points that make a Seed round possible.
